Not every person is the morning person, but waking up early is the necessity of life. If we do not prioritize our daily routine then life will be a mess. Getting up and moving early in the morning is actually a bit tough for many people. I am also one of those people who hate to wake up early, especially in winters. So, I came up with the idea to try out some tips that might help me to wake up early. And Yeyiye!!! I got success in that. 😀

I decided to share some simple tips that might help in making your morning better. You can start your day in an amazing way. Just you have to follow certain tips and you can rock your mornings. Here are the 10 Tips for making your morning happy:

Set Everything Up A Night Before:

Whether it’s your dress, Exercise kit, ironing the clothes, make sure everything is done before you go to bed so you won’t be struggling the next morning. This will give you peace in the morning and your morning will not go in the rush. This will make stress free morning for you and your day will start with a good kick.

Plan healthy and yummy breakfast Before bed:

Plan breakfast menu as per your taste bud and before going to the bed. This will motivate you to wake up in the early morning and treat yourself with the yummiest menu for you. Enjoy the preparation of breakfast with your favorite playlist. This will keep you fresh and cool.

Drink Lots of water before going to bed:

I know after reading this tip, the first thing came into your mind is that “then I have to wake for peeing in the early morning.” YES dear, this is the trick 😉 This will motivate you(or I should say force you) to wake up as your mind constantly reminds you to pee. 😛

Set two alarms:

We all know one alarm is not enough for almost all the people to get up. We always make it snoozzzze… snooooze… and snooze. So here is the tip, set two alarms, one with the time you want to wake up and other 15 minutes earlier. The first alarm lets you know that you still have 15 more minutes to sleep, which makes you happy Yay..!! 😀

Keep the alarm away from your bed:

Make sure that your alarm is far away from your bed so that you have to get up to disable it. You have to walk so you chase it and shut it off! This is the hardest exercise in morning but really useful 😉

Set energetic song as alarm tune:

Make your alarm tone a bit high and energetic so that you feel the vibes of positive energy within yourself. If you don’t want an alarm tune, you can also set up Radio or Music system as an alarm. Trust me, this will make your morning beautiful.

Exercise Without Getting Out of Bed:

There are many bed exercises which you can do without getting up from your bed. These exercise gives you energy and helps you to wake up. If you don’t want to get up extra early to log a morning workout at the gym, these bed exercises are best for you.

Splash yourself:

Splash lots of cold water on your face after getting up. This will helps you to feel fresh and the laziness will definitely go away.

Drink Warm Water in Morning:

Warm water removes toxins from the body. Drinking warm water in the morning is a good habit. You can also add lemon juice and honey to warm water. This will helps you to fit and healthy. One glass in a morning is enough for starting a healthy day.

Grow plants and Water Them

Green color keeps your eyes healthy and makes your mind and heart calm. So, you can plant lots of small plants in your garden, terrace or balcony and water them in morning. You will feel fresh and happy with them.

The most important tip is to respect your routine and stick to it. Many people make plans but few of them follow it daily. Make sure to plan your routine as per your convenience and follow it daily. Although you can take rest for a day in a week from your routine.
