Wilson explained that due to her polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), genetics, and battle with emotional eating, it’s more difficult for her to lose weight. But she has displayed that proper determination and guidance can do wonders.

First and foremost, what has been her motivation for such dramatic transformation.

To quote her “when I went for the first interview in my life, the agent said WoW what an amazing body and we are looking for this glorious body. I was feeling lucky about getting hired on the second day of the interview. But after getting fame and success I found that I have a hormonal imbalance which makes heavy and I am getting a chubby shape.”

She then decided that she needed to take some determined and effective steps to live a healthier life. After consulting many of her friends in Hollywood who have gone through similar transformations, she started on this journey which showed some miraculous results later on.

THE JOURNEY

It was in 2016 that she went to the Ranch, Malibu. People all over the globe visit the place to relax, rejunivate and return recharged to take up life once again. It was during these four days that she lost eight pounds. She had resorted to extreme exercising, trekking during these four days at the same time consuming only organic vegetables and food. In her very own words, the experience was “challenging but rewarding”.

Even after her return from the ranch, she continued exercising and sweating it our to make sure that the fat molecules do not cling back to her body.

She started playing tennis, jogging, and going out on frequent trekking trips. Besides all this, she made sure that she worked out at least thirty minutes in the gym four days a week. She made better eating choices to make her physical workouts more effective.
